1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the hire of portable saunas and cold plunge tubs ("Equipment") from RECUVR. LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using our services, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. HIRE PERIOD

2.1 Equipment is available for hire for fixed durations of 3, 7, 14, 21, or 30 days ("Hire Period").
2.2 The Hire Period begins on the agreed delivery date and ends on the agreed collection date.
2.3 Early termination of the Hire Period by the Customer does not entitle the Customer to any refund or credit.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 Full payment must be made prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel bookings where payment is not received.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

4.1 All bookings are non-refundable.
4.2 No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:

  • Early return or non-use of Equipment

  • Customer cancellation

  • Changes in personal circumstances

  • Adverse weather conditions

4.3 This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

5.1 The Customer must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery and collection.
5.2 If delivery or collection cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges may apply.
5.3 Risk in the Equipment passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6. USE OF EQUIPMENT

6.1 The Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided.
6.2 The Customer must not:

  • Modify or tamper with the Equipment

  • Use the Equipment negligently or unsafely

  • Allow use by persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol

6.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Equipment is used safely at all times.

7. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

7.1 Use of saunas and cold plunge tubs carries inherent risks.
7.2 The Customer acknowledges that:

  • They are responsible for their own health and wellbeing

  • They should consult a medical professional before use

  • They will ensure all users are medically fit to use the Equipment

7.3 The Customer agrees to sign a separate health declaration prior to use.

7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, RECUVR. LTD shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health effects arising from use of the Equipment.

8. LOSS OR DAMAGE

8.1 The Customer is fully responsible for the Equipment during the Hire Period.
8.2 The Customer agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as delivered (fair wear and tear excepted).

8.3 If the Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, the Customer will be liable for:

  • The full cost of repair or replacement

  • Any associated losses or costs incurred by RECUVR. LTD

8.4 We reserve the right to charge the Customer’s provided payment method for such costs.

9. LIABILITY

9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the hire.

9.3 We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of enjoyment or opportunity

10. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Ensure a safe environment for Equipment use

  • Supervise all users appropriately

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

11. CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a booking if:

  • There are safety concerns

  • The Customer breaches these Terms

  • Circumstances beyond our control arise

In such cases, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or transport issues.

13. DATA PROTECTION

We will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the booking.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

16. ACCEPTANCE

By proceeding with a booking, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
