Our Story

RECUVR. was founded by James and Elizabeth, brought together by a shared passion for fitness, movement, and exploring the outdoors. From long training sessions to cold sea dips and sauna recovery, they experienced first-hand the impact that proper recovery can have on performance, energy, and overall wellbeing.
