Important – Please Read Carefully Before we can deliver and set up your RECUVR. equipment, you must complete and sign this declaration. This is a legal document that explains the risks involved and confirms that you accept full responsibility for the safe use of the equipment once it is in your home.

2. Acknowledgement of Risks

I understand that using the NURECOVER SaunaPro and/or Plunge with chiller involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Sauna: overheating, dehydration, dizziness, fainting, burns, heat exhaustion, or cardiovascular strain.

  • Cold Plunge: cold shock response, hypothermia, breathing difficulties, slips/falls, or drowning if unsupervised.

  • Contrast therapy (both): rapid changes in body temperature that may cause discomfort, muscle strain, or other adverse reactions.

I accept that these risks exist even when the equipment is used correctly and that I could suffer injury, illness, or (in extreme cases) death.

3. Medical Declaration & Doctor Advice

I confirm that:

  • I am over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  • I have either:

    • Consulted my GP or a qualified medical professional and received clearance to use sauna and/or cold plunge therapy, OR

    • I am aware of the risks and voluntarily choose to proceed without medical advice.

  • I do not have any medical condition or am not taking any medication that could make use of this equipment unsafe (examples include but are not limited to: heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, pregnancy, recent illness, epilepsy, diabetes, circulatory problems, or open wounds).

  • If I develop any symptoms or feel unwell at any time during the hire period, I will immediately stop using the equipment and seek medical advice.

4. Assumption of Risk & Responsibility

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the RECUVR. equipment. Once the equipment has been delivered and professionally set up at my home, full responsibility and control passes to me. RECUVR. has no further control over how the equipment is used, supervised, or maintained during the hire period.

5. Release of Liability (to the fullest extent permitted by English law)

To the maximum extent allowed under the laws of England and Wales (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), I hereby release, waive, and discharge RECUVR., its owners, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from my use or misuse of the equipment, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded (for example, death or personal injury caused by RECUVR.’s proven negligence).

I agree not to bring any claim or legal action against RECUVR. in respect of any injury, loss, or damage I (or any other person) may suffer while the equipment is in my possession.

6. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RECUVR. against any claims, costs, or liabilities brought by me, any member of my household, or any third party as a result of my use of the equipment.

7. Equipment Rules & Safe Use

I agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided during setup.

  • Never leave the sauna or plunge unattended while in use.

  • Supervise children and vulnerable persons at all times.

  • Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines.

  • Keep the equipment clean and report any damage or malfunction immediately.

  • Not modify, tamper with, or move the equipment without RECUVR.’s prior consent.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
